Brake Press Department.
Our 1,000 ton Pacific press brake allows us to accurately produce large scale forming that meets our customers' strictest tolerance requirements. Experience, dedication and skilled operators also play a large role in daily operations.
Max forming capacity for our 1,000 ton press brake is approximately 1.5" thick with a 10' bend zone, however the wider the part the thinner the plate must be, so a 20" wide by 6" thick piece can be formed.
With a 14 foot bend zone, 1,000 tons of force, and a vast selection of tooling we are able to accurately form almost anything. For forming overload, we also house a 750 ton pacific brake press with a 14 foot bed. In addition to the work horses, we are also equipped with a Cincinnati 350 ton press brake, equipped with a cnc back gauge and ram for high volume production runs.

Our forming capacity ranges from .06 or less, up to 6 or 7 inch thick depending on how wide the part is. Our very large selection of forming dies along with our presses makes for a perfect combination to satisfy our customers.
